Payment for session is due at the end of each therapy hour. Payments can be made through payment apps, check, debit card, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), or a Health Savings Account card. I currently accept Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna insurance. If you would like to see me as an out-of-network provider, I can fill out reimbursement forms for you to submit to your insurance company to confirm services received. You will be responsible to check with your insurer to determine the reimbursement rate for services received from an out-of-network provider and to submit the reimbursement claim.
